Morning departure for the Petite Cit\u00e9 de Caract\u00e8re<\/strong>, Foussais-Payr\u00e9. Rendezvous at the artisanal chocolate factory<\/strong> for a 1h30 Taste Workshop (book in advance, places are limited).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the cocoa tree to the chocolate bar, we explain everything while you enjoy a few treats. Then make your own chocolates to take home. Your 5 senses – smell, taste, touch, sight and even hearing – are awakened…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On your way out, take a stroll around this pretty little Renaissance town<\/strong>. In addition to its architectural heritage, you can admire monumental sculptures in various parts of the village, created by artists with chainsaws to give new life to fallen trees.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

To whet your appetite, climb the spiral staircase and admire the remarkable view from the top……<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you hungry? Various food outlets, including Ma\u00eetre Pannetier’s inn, will delight you at very reasonable prices.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Continue your day at the Tourist Office, where you’ll be given a map. Let yourself wander through the bucolic atmosphere of the narrow streets, the many small boutiques, painters’ studios and art galleries. A dozen artists and craftsmen open their doors to you… Because Vouvant<\/strong> is not only a medieval town, it has also been “The Village of Painters” for several years now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back via Fontenay le Comte<\/strong>, with a stop at the Parcabout to let off some steam. Climb and jump safely and freely in nets suspended between trees. Enjoy a unique panoramic view of the city.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
